Thai Lion Air has extended the measures to assist passengers from the new wave of COVID-19 outbreak. Passengers who have flight from Today (April 23, 2021) - May 31, 2021 can manage as follow:
1. Passengers can change the traveling date 1 time or keep a Credit Shell to change traveling date later. Credit Shell can be made by July 15, 2021 without changing fees and the difference fare is not charged. Exception for new traveling date between April 10 - 18, 2021, April 30 - May 05, 2021, and June 03-06, 2021, passengers will be charged for the difference fares, but fees waived for rebooking.
2. Passengers who have flight from April 23, 2021 - May 31, 2021 can manage a Credit shell transaction.
3. Passengers cannot change to other routes.
4. Passengers cannot request a full refund. Unless the airline cancels the flight.

Nok Air
Flight adjustments policy for affected passengers due to COVID-19 outbreak.
For passengers who have booked flight before 8 April 2021 and are scheduled to travel between 8 - 31 May 2021, the following assistance policies are as follows:
1. Change the travel date without paying a change fee for 1 time.
• If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price.
• The new travel date must be within 30 June 2021 and must be the original route only.
2. Open ticket until 30 June 2021.
• If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price.
• The new travel date must be within 30 June 2021 and must be the original route only.
3. Collect as Credit Shell until 31 March 2022.
• If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price.
• The new travel date must be within 31 March 2022

1. In case of a passenger choosing an option to collect as Credit Shell in early April, Nok Air will automatically adjust a Credit Shell period from 30 June 2021 to 31 March 2022. ***

Thai Smile Airways
As of the current COVID-19 outbreak situation, THAI Smile would like to extend the guidelines for helping passengers who issued a THAI Smile ticket for traveling from 8th – 31th May 2021 and affected by the new epidemic situation as follows:
1. Flight date change or route change: a flight change must be requested 4 hours prior to your original departure time without change fees. However, passengers are still requested to pay for the fare difference if it is applicable.
2. Refund request: a full refund in form of credit EMD can be requested which passengers may retain the value of their fare in a credit account for their future travel within 31st December 2021.
For our process, the request must be submitted 72 hours prior to your original.

Update Assistance Measures for passengers who affected by Covid – 19 Outbreak.
For passengers who have booked Air Asia flight from 1 January – 31 May 2021 and scheduled to travel within 31 May 2021 can Change the travel date without paying charge fees, If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price.

Bangkok Airways facilitates ticket amendment due to the current outbreak of COVID-19
Bangkok / 20 April 2021 - Due to recent announcements from authorities in different provinces regarding restrictions to enter each province in order to prevent the spread of the current outbreak of COVID-19, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited realizes the inconvenience that this may affect its passengers and pleased to facilitate amendment of tickets issued in Thailand before/on 17 April and scheduled to travel within 31 May 2021.
Passengers who wish to amend their travel plans may have fees waived for rebooking or may alternatively request for refund where this will be proceeded as a travel voucher for future purchase with the airline. Passengers can make any necessary changes up to 72 hours prior to their flight departure time.
Amendment without new specified travel date, open ticket, can be made within 72 hours prior to the origin departure time. The information provided through such form will be used to accommodate passengers only.
